Traveled many times through Istanbul airport and they have never failed in providing me with an excellent service. I highly recommend them if you are travelling through Isranbul international Airport.
Wife was feeling under the weather and we were 3 hours into a 7hr layover. Found this place based on the high reviews. I used “Whatsapp” to communicate symptoms my wife had. They even made a recommendation which I appreciated. They Sent pictures of the medications they would bring me. Via communication on Whatsapp the representative wearing a white jacket with a green cross met me outside of the IGA lounge. Friendly, very easy, and convenient. Wife was feeling better before we got on our flight! How do I give 6 stars?!?
This team is awesome. After trying to find this place within security, I decided to text them via WhatsApp to see where they were and if they could help. They said they could meet me under the sign by Louis Vuitton and delivered some ibuprofen that I needed. First rate service!
I had an excellent experience with this company! I was in a challenging situation where I needed to receive my medicine within a short timeframe, and they went above and beyond to assist me. Everything arrived on time, and their support was exceptional. I highly recommend this place!
This is an awesome service! About 2 hours before my flight I could not handle my congestion symptoms anymore so I decided to give this a try! There is no store front so I followed these steps:
1. I Googled “Pharmacy” while at the Istanbul airport and found this pharmacy.
2. I pushed the “Call” option on Google to get the phone number and used it to text them with WhatsApp.
3. Pharmacist and I chatted about options for about 10 mins to figure out best treatment, dosage, and price based on my symptoms. They sent me pictures of every medication as we were chatting.
4. Within 10 minutes they met me under the big sign in front of the Louis Vuitton store. Their instructions were very easy to follow. The person who met me was very easy to identify. He was wearing a pharmacy white jacket.
5. I was able to pay with my credit card on the spot and they handed me the medication.
6. I felt a lot better by the time I boarded my flight.
From the time I found them to the time I received the medication was about 25 mins. There are no other convenient pharmacies at this airport so this definitely saved me from a painful 12 hour flight, thank you!!!

I needed a medicine because I forgot mine at home. Nice people at IGA Lounge gave me the card of this pharmacy. They speak at least written English well and were professional enough to suggest me the replacement medicine to my pills based on the active ingredients. They come to the sterile zone by the schedule and bring orders for many customers. They accept lira, USD and Euro cash and also credit cards (guy brought card terminal with him). Mine UnionPay worked quite well.

I managed to get sick right before our holiday ! In the airport I started to have my nose and ear blocked. Upon some search I came across their service! I explained via what’s app my symptoms and they offered several medicines!
All was delivered within an hour in the duty free area!
